We don't have a contact channel open at the moment. This page explains what we do and don't cover, and how corrections are handled when a reader gets in touch.

We're a small, independent team dedicated to providing honest, useful advice on home EV charging. The form that used to sit on this page wasn't reaching us, so we've removed it rather than leave readers writing into a void. A working contact address will be published here once it's set up.
Spotted an error in one of our reviews? Have updated pricing or specification information? We take accuracy seriously and appreciate corrections from readers.
Not sure which charger is right for your home, or confused about which tariff to choose? We're happy to help with specific questions. Include details about your property and vehicle for the most useful response.
We handle press enquiries, data licensing, and genuine partnership discussions in-house. We do not accept paid placement or sponsored reviews.
We're not qualified electricians and cannot provide installation advice, safety assessments, or recommendations for specific wiring situations. For those questions, please consult an OZEV-approved electrician.
HomeCharger Guide is an independent UK consumer-advice publisher covering home EV charging hardware, installation, and tariff selection for British drivers. We launched in early 2026 to plug a specific gap: most charger reviews online are written for a global audience and miss the bits that actually matter in the UK, OZEV grant eligibility, single-phase supply limits, smart-tariff integration, and DNO notification rules. Every guide is written and costed against current GB market data, with the date of the last check shown on the page.
The team is small by design. We are not a content farm and we do not commission guest posts from PR agencies. Editorial decisions, which products to cover, which to recommend and which to leave out, are made in-house. Read more on our about page, including how a review gets written and our conflict-of-interest policy.
We do not have a monitored contact address at the moment, and we would rather say so than publish one nobody reads. When it is back, the single biggest factor in how useful a reply can be is how much context you give up front. A message that says "which charger should I buy?" needs three or four follow-ups. One that includes the details below can be answered in one.
We take accuracy seriously. If you spot something wrong, outdated pricing, a superseded specification, an inaccurate grant figure, or a broken link, please tell us. The standard we hold ourselves to:
Our complete editorial standards are documented on the about page, including how we handle affiliate disclosures. We are a research operation rather than a test bench, so there is no raw test data of our own to publish; where a claim needs physical testing we have not done, we say so and cite whoever has.
There is no monitored contact address at present, so we cannot promise a reply. Corrections raised through the quote form, which is monitored, do get acted on.
For general guidance, yes, include the details listed above. For specific wiring or load decisions you must consult an OZEV-approved electrician; we cannot assess installations remotely.
No. We do not accept paid placement, sponsored articles, or manufacturer-supplied editorial. Revenue comes from affiliate links — Amazon Associates and EV Cable Shop via Awin — and is disclosed on every page. We do not run display advertising.
No. HomeCharger Guide holds no equity in any charger brand and accepts no editorial direction from any manufacturer or installer.

We operate from the United Kingdom and write exclusively for UK drivers. Pricing, grants, and tariff coverage reflect current GB-market conditions.
